Holly is passionate about helping children, and young people, with Special Educational Needs to secure the very best start in their educational life, and in securing the best outcome for all clients.

Focus

Upon completing her degree in Law & Politics at the University of Cardiff, Holly began her legal career in a large Cardiff based personal injury firm specialising in clinical negligence claims acting on behalf of claimants and their families, helping to maximise the outcome and to prevent such incidents affecting other families.
Thereafter, Holly joined a large National Firm specialising in multi-million pound, complex clinical negligence claims, with a focus of birth and brain injuries. From here Holly took a keen interest in the ongoing effect such injuries and disabilities can have on children and their families which took her in to the Educational legal sector.
Having previously spent some time with the Local Authority, Holly has gained invaluable insider knowledge of how educational and social care matters are dealt with at local government level, which she now applies in helping families secure the assistance and provision they are entitled to from their local authority.
Holly specialises in Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal matters, as well as applying her litigation experience in complaints regarding all types of education matters, Judicial Reviews and claims against Educational Institutions and Local Authorities.
