About
Saskia acquired her interest in Education law whilst working in the Education department at HCB Solicitors as a legal assistant. After completing her qualification with CILEX in March 2023, Saskia started working as a Paralegal in the department in April 2023.
Saskia has a particular interest and experience in Special Educational Needs/Additional Learning Needs. Saskia is passionate about helping young people and children with Special Educational Needs get the educational support they are entitled to. Saskia assists with securing Education, Health and Care plans and handling appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.
Saskia’s aim is to offer clients reassurance and transparent advice when dealing with sensitive matters, whilst providing clear and frequent communication. Saskia’s goal is to provide support to families who are facing what can be a challenging process.
