“We were recommended using Andrew Barrowclough as our solicitor by some friends that have been in a similar situation to ours & with Andrew’s help & expertise managed to secure placements at the preferred schools for their children.  In our case, the local authority were refusing our son a placement at a specialist school for children with autism, they were trying to send him to a school over 70 minutes away & we needed to prove that this school could not meet our son’s very complex needs, he has autism, dyspraxia, Sensory processing disorder & extreme anxiety.
